Relicons stands by their products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we provide a full refund if you return it within 30 days.
Items may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund based on the original form of payment. Relicons will refund the original purchase price of the order. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless we have shipped an incorrect or defective item. Please notify us immediately if you have received an incorrect or defective item to arrange a refund or exchange.
To Return Items by Mail
1. Please keep a copy of the invoice for your records.
2. Circle the item(s) that you are returning on the bottom portion of the invoice and please note the reason for your return.
3. Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order, or if you would like to exchange the piece.
4. Make sure to include an email address on the invoice where we can send the receipt.
5. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail as it is quick and a low cost alternative to FedEx, UPS or other delivery services.
